Super comfy big beds!!! We had great sleep. We love everything being provided by the property: instead of plastic plates bowls cups, we had glass bowls, ceramic cups and plates, super soft toilet paper, horse oil brand shampoo and body wash etc. a lovely apartment at 12th floor in Higashi Shinjuku where we could reach Shinjuku in walking distance. Great staff communication.
The electricity plugs location is bit strange in the unit but we used a some creativity like using chair when we charge. Boil water on the floor. Fun!
