Great location from train station and walking to attractions.
Unusual layout as reception at number 51 and we stayed at 33 but can’t fault anything x

Overall, I would give this hotel 5 stars for its excellent location and accessibility. It is in a fantastic area with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and attractions, making it a great base for exploring London.
The only disappointing part of our stay was the check-in experience. We were arriving from the U.S. after a long flight from Los Angeles and had been awake for nearly 24 hours. Three days before our arrival, I emailed the hotel to ask if an early check-in around noon might be possible. Unfortunately, I never received a response.
When we arrived, we were told that an early check-in would cost an additional £30. Although we were exhausted, we agreed to pay the fee. However, we were then informed that the only room available was a basement room, which was still not ready. We ended up waiting another three hours before we could finally check in.
Aside from this disappointing arrival experience, our stay was enjoyable. If the hotel improved its communication and handled early arrivals more thoughtfully, it would easily deserve a perfect rating.
