The hotel’s location is extremely convenient. It’s right next to the tube station, centrally located, and within easy walking distance to many sights. Having breakfast included in the rate was super convenient, and the breakfast itself was quite satisfactory. A big plus is the complimentary tea and coffee machine available throughout the day.Even though the room was small, it was brilliantly designed to maximize space and functionality. It felt modern, surprisingly quiet, and had a very comfortable bed.
Our room was located in the basement level and had no window or natural ventilation. While this was manageable for a short 2–3 night stay, for any longer trip, the complete lack of natural light and fresh air would definitely become uncomfortable and claustrophobic. Also, because it was underground, there was absolutely no mobile phone reception in the room. When I asked if it was possible to change rooms due to needing my phone, the staff politely declined.The room was very clean when we initially checked in. However, when we requested cleaning during our stay, the service provided was extremely basic compared to the initial standard.

La proximité avec les stations de métros était super ! Surtout pour rentrer le soir, très pratique. Le personnel a été adorable avec nous et a répondu à toutes nos demandes avec le sourire. L’accès 24h/24 aux boissons classiques gratuitement est un plus que nous avons grandement apprécié. Le service consigne gratuit pour le dernier jour était aussi super !
La moquette de l’accueil sent le chien mouillé même si il n’y a pas de pluie, et la chambre sent le renfermé et l’humidité, nous avons réglé cela en mettant la ventilation en continu. Certains équipements, comme le support qui tient le pommeau de douche sont cassés.. il n’y a pas beaucoup de place pour 2, 1 tiroir, 3 cintres et 2 porte manteau.

Habitacio molt petita, al soterrani i sense finestra exterior. El llit només permetia accedir-hi per un costat i només hi havia una tovallola per a dues persones. El servei també és millorable: només dues persones s’encarregaven del check-in, el bar i la cuina. Caldria que la direcció reforcés el personal, els empleats que hi ha no poden fer ho tot
