The property is excellent value for money. It's in a great location - right next to the lake with a load of coffee shops and eateries around, yet very quiet. Mr Long was very easy to communicate with and was very attentive. The aircon kept blowing a fuse on the first night. He was very quick to call an electrician and when he couldn't arrive in a timely manner, we were moved to another room. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and was perfect for a longer stay. We'll definitely be back again.
The bathroom has some old mold but it's clean nonetheless. A few things are a little scruffy but for the price you pay, you'd expect that.

The place was really spacious and got everything we needed so it was a comfortable stay. It’s surrounded with good restaurants/cafes too with nice sunset views. The rooftop bar is good too and there was great live music.
There was a bit of stain on the sofa which made it look dirty. But everything else was clean.

The location only
So dirty u can find dust over the sink and hair on the bed . its like an Airbnb kind of stay. So u will not find staff all the time specially to help with luggage .
