Great location just a couple of minutes from train station, but in a quieter area than most. Very comfortable and very clean. Staff were so helpful and spoke excellent English. Loved my stay in busy Osaka

Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! They speak great English. They had everything I needed: wall outlets for usb A (no usb c), smoking zone downstairs behind the hotel, elevators, storing luggage before checking in, 7/11 is close by, amenities are available downstairs, coin laundry was also available tho I didn’t try it. Pretty clean and neat.
1) There was a 400yen fee for 2 nights that wasn’t in the description, but they told me it was like a city fee. 2) Also in my room on the toilet there were a few yellow droplets that weren’t cleaned and it gave me an ick. Otherwise it was pretty clean.
3) Location is 50/50. It’s really close to Dotinbori on metro. But from the Kobe airport it took me almost 2 hours (I got a bit lost on one of the stations, had to carry a luggage for 20mins on foot). I’m not sure if I’ll choose this location again. It might be great for some people.
4) there are windows in the room, but they open up to some kind of shared balcony space. So you can’t really open the curtains to let daylight in, or to get some fresh air.

The employees working front desk were helpful as soon as I arrived they took my luggage until I was able to check in and helped with all my enquires. It’s incredibly close to the M line that connects to everywhere you might want to travel on your stay.
