Location of the hotel and the staff, super friendly, super nice.
The first day the wifi still worked, but the rest of the stay it was offline, the rooms are very bright lit, which is common in Southern Europe, so that’s more of a taste then anything.

The hotel was located in one of the best parts of Naples, several nice shops and restaurants within the vicinity. It was also a short taxi ride over to the port facilities. Also, breakfast was excellent and served in a very nice nice room.
Although it was comfortable, the room was fairly small. Also, because the hotel is located on multiple floors it was difficult to maneuver our baggage around. However, staff were able to help.

Great location just outside the old town. Friendly staff.
