房東那時不在Zermatt，但他和我保持密切聯繫，確保我入住和接下來幾天的行程一切順利。訂房前就清楚的知道要走兩段斜坡才會抵達，房東有建議搭計程車，我們選擇步行過去，推行李爬坡有點辛苦但不算困難，抵達公寓後看到的風景完全值得！公寓不大但空間運用得很好，廚房設備一應俱全，最棒的是有起司鍋，我們在這裡品嘗了美味的自煮起司鍋。房東提供的茶包和咖啡膠囊品質都很好，這是一次很棒的住宿體驗。

The property was very comfortable and quiet and has an amazing view of the Matterhorn just outside of the building. I was able to take amazing sunrise photos of the Matterhorn without having to walk far.
The accommodation also has the basic utensils one would need for some simple cooking (the rice cooker was a pleasant surprise). Kirsten was very responsive as well.
Nothing really as I was very comfortable and it had everything I need.
However, I think it is worth mentioning that while the property is just a 15-minute walk from Zermatt station, reaching it can be quite of a workout especially if you have luggage since you’ll have to take various slopes going to the accommodation. Particularly, Steinmattschleif is narrow and steep and not passable by the electric taxis operating in the village. Thankfully, the nearby street of Riedstrasse which meets Steinmattschleif is passable by taxi (which can be booked via Uber). Riedstrasse can be the pick-up or drop off point. If you have heart or mobility problems, I suggest you avail of electric taxis.

窓からマッターホルンが見えました！(大きな木越しですが)
朝もすぐ外でマッターホルンの日の出が見えました。
駅からはなかなか急勾配を歩くことになりますが、それも良い思い出になりました。道順も事前にとてもわかりやすく写真付きで教えてくださって親切でした。
スイスらしい内装も素敵でした。
電子レンジがあれば尚よかったです。

Great facilities
The property was a difficult slog to get to especially with luggage up three very steep hills. It would help to explain this
