Location - super close to the main street and the railway station; Amazing Hosts - supportive and flexible; room cleanliness; Adequate towels; and a fully fitted kitchen.
Not all studio apartments are the same size or have the same amenities. I booked two, and one had a sofa while the other didn't. It's on the ground floor, so there's no view at all. There was garbage dumped by the neighbouring building next to the entrance of the hotel, which was not a pleasing sight, though it was partially cleared up the next day.

The location is perfect!!! Only 3-5 mins away from the train station and is definitely walkable.
Our reservation includes breakfast. It was simple but very yummy. We have a kitchen in our apartment, and it makes our life very easy in Zermatt!
They provide 9 CHF laundry service: wash, dry, and detergent included. All you need to do is bring your laundry to the front desk, pay the money, and the staff will show you where the laundry room is. We checked the laundry service in the town, which is 14CHF wash and another 12 CHF for the dryer.
The hotel has a sauna, a billiard table (paid) massages, and luggage storage service.
We had a wonderful time staying here, and will definatelly come back again!!

The location was perfect, very near the arrival train station. The breakfast was great, good choice and quality.
The room was a lot smaller than anticipated.
