La Terrazza sul Mare is an authentic apartment set directly above the sea, offering breathtaking views at any time of day. It is located at Via Procaccia 89, on the fifth floor of a building with elevator access, in a strategic position just a short walk from the city center and Monopoli’s main attractions.
Spacious and fully equipped, it’s the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday surrounded by beauty and comfort.
The apartment features a large and modern double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, and a charming decorative fireplace, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a complete bathroom with shower, WC, and bidet. The veranda, furnished with a table and chairs, is one of the highlights of the home—ideal for breakfast at sunrise or dinner at sunset with a sea view.
The nearest free beach is just 2 minutes away on foot, while Cala Porta Vecchia can be reached in about 10 minutes. The historic center is an 8-minute walk away, as are the Cathedral, Carlo V Castle, and the Old Port. Monopoli train station is approximately 15 minutes away on foot.
Free street parking is available nearby when spots are open, and a private open-air parking space is also available on request for €30 per day.

For long-term stays (longer than 29 nights) it is necessary, at the time of check-in, to sign a contract for the rental and one for the services and to be in possession of an Italian tax code.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In the event of a violation, an amount equal to 200€ will be charged.
Pets are not allowed.
