Amenities The "CLASSIC" accommodation (along with the "COMFORT" accommodation offered by "ECO DEL MARE Locazioni Turistiche") is located in a semi-central area south of Monopoli (province of Bari—Apulia) and is very close to the sea. In fact, it is only about 200 meters from the beautiful public beaches of Lido Bianco and Porto Rosso. The town’s historic center is a 10-minute walk away. Bars and restaurants are all very close by, as is the bike path that runs along the coast.
Located on the first floor of a small building, it has two entrances: one, completely independent, on Via Giorgio La Pira No. 29, with a gate featuring a permanent driveway opening, automated by remote control, where you can park your car inside the fenced-in area; a second entrance from the main street, Via Lepanto, 90. This entrance is very convenient for easily reaching the supermarket or pharmacy located directly across from it.
The “CLASSIC” apartment is equipped as follows:
- entryway, equipped with a front door and an electric garage door;
- living room-kitchen area (equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso machine and Nespresso milk frother, dishes, cutlery, and various kitchenware) with a table, chairs, wall unit, and smart TV;
- bathroom with shower;
- bedroom with closet;
- 3-seater sofa (converts to a double bed) in the living area - kitchen;
- utility room with washer and dryer;
- linens (bed, bath, and kitchen);
- independent air conditioning (24,000 BTU) and heating (radiant heater);
- Wi-Fi in all rooms.

it is like one block to the beach.
Luciana was very welcoming since the beggining and also her daughter Chiara.

This is the gem of a VRBO. Spacious and well furnished. The host and her husband met us at check in. After being in Italy for 10 days prior to Monopoli we needed a W/D. Both were full size so we came come with clean clothes. The market was across the street. Great cafe around the corner. Two blocks from the beach. I cant say enough great things about this rental!!!!! The next time in Italy will definitely stay there. Plus side was the patio to sit and drink wine with cheese.
