AIRBNB'ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOL

o We clean each room using comprehensive cleaning checklists
o We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
o We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
So, we have professional cleaners come in after each stay to ensure the room is in immaculate condition for incoming guests.
30+ DAYS OF RESERVATION
According to local laws, a lease agreement is mandatory for all reservations of more than 30 days.
It also requires an initial deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount, which will be refunded to you at check-out.
The cost for legal registration is 80 euros.
