Our stay was great. The location is very good, and the Beplace team answered all our questions in a timely manner.

The location is very good.

Place was great until we had to sleep in the bed.

It had a good amount of space and was clean, the bathroom was really nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable. There wasn’t extra cover or blankets. My husband wanted to try to sleep on the couch to be a little more comfortable, but there wasn’t a blanket or extra bedsheets.

Milano Gem

The unit was a very spacious studio apartment located about 8 mins walk to Milano Centrale. The area was quiet, and soundproofing in the room was excellent, too. The unit came equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and I especially liked the toiletries provided. The place looked newly renovated and was very clean and modern. It has plenty of wardrobe space, and also a small kitchenette with a fridge, but you can't really do much cooking there as it is not fully equipped for it. It is also surrounded by good eateries and places for breakfast. The other couple travelling with us took the A unit and that one even had a washing machine but mine didn't. So if you need to wash during your stay, ask for Fara A. Communication with the Room Manager was also easy, prompt and responsive. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Milan.

The bed was very firm and hard for me personally, and I also found the water pressure in the shower a little weak. Apart from these, the place was perfect!

Most unpleasant stay ever, with insect bites, no AC for 1night, and unprofessional customer service.

location is good

From the first night of my stay, I suffered from multiple insect bites, which were both painful and distressing. These incidents occurred only after I arrived at the property, clearly indicating they were directly related to the apartment environment. On the first night, without air conditioning, What I found especially unacceptable was that the AC controller had been removed under the pretext of repair, leaving us unable to use it — something I could not understand or accept. I was unable to sleep due to the audible presence of mosquitoes in the room. Over the following two days, I killed numerous mosquitoes inside the apartment, each containing blood. I have provided photographic evidence both of the bites and of the insects inside the apartment. I reported the situation promptly to the host. Instead of taking responsibility or offering meaningful assistance, the host: Dismissed my concerns, insisting no other guests had complained despite clear evidence. Contradicted themselves, at times suggesting the marks were not mosquito bites, yet at other times excusing it as “normal in Italy in summer.” This handling of the issue was unacceptable. The host’s approach was defensive, dismissive, and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of accountability and disregard for guest well-being. As a paying guest, I expected a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Instead, my stay was severely impacted by health concerns, lack of rest, and poor customer service. This not only compromised my travel experience but also represented a serious breach of hospitality standards.
