Good location near Metro line 1.
The building work made it feel like a building site. On Thursday the only lift wasn’t working. The workmen use the passenger lift to carry materials up & down & as there’s only 1 lift it is dusty and slow.

Only the entrance to the hotel, you have to walk up a number of steps

Location - right on a spot ( Ruffle centre/ Boat piars/ metro stations
I lacked the access of a good coffee - Europeans like their coffee in a morning
Construction works outside during the night was making hard to sleep sometimes - no surprise they developed so quick - works day and night
