Location and view. It’s a good stay for the price
Bed was stiff and only two hard pillows.

Very central location, easy to get anywhere.
Staff was very helpful and very nice, there 24/7
There were a lot of bugs in the room, and the shower was constantly leaking outside of its door after just a couple minutes of usage.
The elevators were in a questionable state (some of them)
