I don't recommend it
The property itself is quite nice, with a great location
Upon arrival, we were immediately disappointed by several cleanliness and maintenance issues.
To start, we found two cockroaches on the kitchen floor and noticed the kitchen floor was dirty, with visible black dirt and hair. The drain near the oven also emitted an unpleasant smell, which was only resolved after running the washing machine for 15 minutes.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness issue didn’t end there. My wife had to clean the kitchen floor upon arrival, and we had to buy a bucket to clean it properly as no buckets, floor cloths are made available. Additionally, there was water leaking from under the kitchen sink cupboard. Also to note that no kitchen and bath towels (even though they are included in the booking.com facilities page) are available, so one need to take those with him as well.
The final straw was when we went to bed and found the bed linen wasn’t clean. There was hair and even what appeared to be nose boogers on the linen, which was frankly unacceptable.
Additionally, there was a significant noise issue due to the lack of proper insulation in the door between this property and the neighboring one (connecting home). It made it difficult to relax, as we could hear everything happening next door.
While the property itself has a lot of potential, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and cleanliness. It didn’t meet the expectations we had for a place that should provide a comfortable and clean environment for its guests. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues to ensure future guests don’t face the same problems.
