I stayed at the women's dormitory, beds were comfy and no bedbugs as you random meet in many budget-friendly hostels in Tbilisi. The toilet was so clean, the outside area spacious where you can have a delicious meal. Staff speak English. Very central located, close to metro, main road and supermarkets.
The only thing I didn't like is the fact that there weren't backpackers.
