The team at this hotel makes you feel like part of the family. They are kind, helpful, and always respond to requests with warmth and courtesy. Their flexibility and fairness in every interaction make the stay even more comfortable. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!
There was nothing I disliked. Everything met my expectations.

First, the hostelservice was really friendly an open for any questions, thanks for that. Second, i think its extremely cheep, for sure I never got a less expensive bed anywhere else in the world; that means, if you are tourist: more Money for something else. And you have good kitchen and at least, i met really friendly people there, everyone were kind and interessted, that makes the stay there nice. Shower is good, balcony is nice. Bed was comfortable. Entering is easy
Its looks not that clean, BUT Service ist cleaning every day, so it maybe has more to do with many people (maybe 20?) using three toilets and one kitchen.

Sara was amazing. Very caring, helpful and thoughtful. She gave me amazing visiting recommendations, her English is bilingual level. She was accommodating for my arrival time and my checking out hour which was very early.
Her smile made the rest.
