What a great hotel! Staff were fabulous; helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Great location and gorgeous rooms. The massages from the spa were fantastic!!
Nil - all good.

Friendly and helpful front desk receptionist. Good varied breakfast. Free bicycle use. Close walking distance to centre Tam Coc eateries/bars.

Nice fresh breakfast. Staff friendly. Rooms amazing.
Pictures and hotel are the same. Had to extend my stay because the hotel was nice and peaceful.

The room was clean and quiet. The mountain view balcony is small compared to other rooms. The room suited our needs and staff were helpful. Mindful of quirks such as water pressure and temp changes during use and without the card the fridge will turn off. Location was suitable as we could walk into the centre easily. Breakfast is simple but good. An enjoyable stay.
Nothing. Just a personal thing. Beds are very firm.
