What an incredible place and a beautiful, hospitable family. I can't rave about these guys enough. After a month in Vietnam we (5 NZ travellers) found THE best homestay in the country. From the gorgeous, well maintained fragrant gardens to the huge, clean as a whistle swimming pool, to the home cooked authentic Vietnamese meals, to the big impeccable cool rooms with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were new, huge and fabulous. We were only able to stay 5 days but I could have easily stayed a month or two. Before I booked I read all of the reviews. Someone mentioned a smelly dump they had to drive past to get there... it may have existed once upon a time but it wasn't there when we drove in. The whole place was peaceful, welcoming and a total hidden gem. It looks out to a lake with a Pagoda that lights up at night. The only noises I heard were from nature, crickets and frogs. They have some small very well behaived dogs that don't come to you unless you invite them to. The cuddles with these cuties helped me not miss my fur ball so much. They found us a driver who had no problem taking us around the surrounding attractions AND waiting for us to have diner and look around or waiting for us to come off the boat ride in Trang An (SUPERB) then take us home again. We felt 100% safe and cared for the whole time we were there. It's a no brainer that when I come back to Vietnam I'll be booking this amazing homestay. A huge thank you to Phi and his family for creating this amazing place and sharing it with us.

L’accueil de Phi et sa famille est incroyable.
Gentillesse, bienveillance il est aux petits soins pour nous.
Le cadre est superbe au calme, la literie est bonne, l’habitation est neuve, propre et bien entretenue.
La piscine est superbe, phi et sa femme font de super plats.
Phi loue des scooters, il s’occupe du transfert par taxi depuis l aéroport d hanoi.
Tout les jours il apporte des serviettes propres, de l’eau des petits biscuits.
Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse on serait bien resté plus longtemps

I really enjoyed my stay at this homestay. The owner was very helpful and welcoming, making my stay comfortable from the start. It was very convenient that I could order dinner, especially because the restaurants are not located very close by. The homestay was clean, peaceful, and a very relaxing place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Trải nghiệm 3 ngày 2 đêm tuyệt vời tại Ninh Bình! Anh chủ homestay cực kỳ nhiệt tình và chu đáo, luôn hỏi han xem chúng mình có cần hỗ trợ gì thêm không. Phòng ốc ở đây rất thoáng mát và vô cùng riêng tư. Một điểm cộng rất lớn là có bữa sáng miễn phí, thêm vào đó anh chủ còn chủ động bổ sung đồ ăn vặt và khăn khô liên tục kể cả khi bọn mình chưa dùng hết.
Đặc biệt, ở đây còn có mấy chú cún con nhỏ xíu, siêu đáng yêu và cực kỳ hiếu khách, lúc nào cũng quấn quýt lấy khách. Không gian homestay cũng là một điểm sáng với chiếc bể bơi xịn xò.
Trong phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi không thiếu một cái gì đặc biệt là phòng vệ sinh rất sạch sẽ và có dầu gội đầu riêng chứ không phải là dầu gội đầu 5k nhưng những nơi khác
Trước mỗi phòng đều có một bộ bàn ghế nhỏ, rất tiện để ngồi nhâm nhi cafe hay dành cho những bạn hút thuốc. Nói chung là 10 điểm không có chỗ chê! Rất nhiệt liệt đề cử mọi người ghé trải nghiệm homestay này khi đến Ninh Bình nhé Trải nghiệm 3 ngày 2 đêm tuyệt vời tại Ninh Bình!
Không có gì để chê ^^ mng cứ đến trải nghiệm là sẽ biết
