About this apartment rental
Our double room (25 m²), with a sweeping view of the countryside, is bright and modernly furnished. It is equipped with a double bed (2 box-spring beds with spring mattresses, size 180x200 cm), a table with 2 chairs, an armchair, a mirror, a dresser with a smart TV, and a coat rack. Through the large windows, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of our garden and the surrounding countryside.
The room is located in a shared area.
This includes a hallway, a kitchenette (equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, dishes, glasses, and silverware), a shower/toilet, and a toilet with a sink (both lockable). Various indoor and outdoor dining areas are available.
Our guests are welcome to use the guest kitchen, which is equipped with an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and cooking utensils. It is located in the common area and may be shared with others.
Breakfast can be booked upon request.

Bed linens, towels, and Wi-Fi are included with all rooms.
We provide our guests with free parking for cars, lockable storage for bicycles, as well as a small fitness room and lounge areas.

Our house is located directly on the biking and hiking trail in the beautiful Brandbach Valley near the Rhön Star Park, perfect for hiking or paragliding at the nearby Wasserkuppe.
There is a bus stop in the town center, about a 5-minute walk from our house.
At a higher vantage point on the outskirts of town, you can relax on a double lounger or stargaze at night. In the summer, you can also enjoy the wading pool on the outskirts of town.
