Our charmingly furnished 50-square-meter apartment with a large sun terrace is located in the heart of the Rhön.
The apartment, which has been available for rent since June 2017, accommodates up to 4 people and features an elegant, fully equipped kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop and microwave, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and shower panel. The living/dining area features a cozy corner sofa set, a spacious sleeper sofa, a comfortable designer armchair, a coffee table, a Panasonic 40 LED TV, and a top-of-the-line Sonoro stereo system. An interesting selection of DVDs, CDs, books, and games is also available. The bedroom is furnished with an electrically adjustable Belcanto box-spring bed (extra-large mattress: 155x220 m). A fly screen ensures undisturbed sleep. The sleeper sofa provides space for two additional guests. A washing machine, dryer, freezer, patio furniture, and umbrella, as well as a charcoal grill, are also at your disposal. The apartment’s built-in multipurpose room is ideal for storing your hiking, skiing, and sports equipment, among other things. The large sun terrace is a wonderful place to relax.
On-site costs: All utilities included. Tourist tax: 1€ per adult per night. Payment is accepted in cash or in advance via bank transfer. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site and, upon request, contactlessly. Pets are not allowed. A crib or rollaway bed is available upon request. A free parking space is available directly in front of the apartment.
