The location is very near to tram stop . Also near to Roma trastevere station. The house is big enough to accommodate 4 adults , clean , balcony is big enough. It has a big walkin wardrobe .
Only one toilet , hot water issue heat too late

Very modern, clean and well-equipped. Easy access to city centre in a quiet residential area. Good shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
Could be noisy outside at times, for example early morning before the Sunday market.

location is great, spacious and staffs are very helpful
6 / 10Average·Oct 2026
Pristine apartment with a beautiful, large balcony, well-chosen furniture and a comfortable bed. Great AC. Very clean throughout - except for stained toilet bowls.
Rating it 6/10 because, at this price, the shower's hot water isn’t acceptable: it lasts only 5-10 minutes before turning ice cold. You then have to wait 1h+ for it to be ready again. I can’t recommend a place where guests end up freezing in the shower. The living room toilet also flushes so weakly that even regular toilet paper struggles to go down, which feels unsanitary. The toilet bowls are also clearly stained (I have photos). With these issues fixed, this apartment would easily be an 8/10.
