STAY AWAY FROM UNSAFE PROPERTY
Nothing this property was disgusting and uninhabitable STAY AWAY. PLEASE READ MY ENTIRE POST AS IT WILL SAVE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!
STAY AWAY!!! BEWARE OF UNSAFE PROPERTY!!!!

Cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards, rust spot in the tub, a USED loofa in the tub, used pink shower sandals in the tub, the entire place was filthy with stains on the second "bed" which was nothing more than a inch thick mattress topper on the pullout coach metal frame. The manager/owner was rude and unprofessional. She messaged me days before to confirm arrival which I did. On the day of the rental she confirmed again. I then messaged her with an hour and 15 min heads up. She repeated said she wasn't rushing me but wanted to make sure she was there and didn't make us wait. I then gave her a 45 min heads up, she confirmed. Then I got a random call and voice message from one of her friends, a guy, who was very awkward and left a message asking when I'd be there and that he was her friend. I then gave her a 20 min heads up and she confirmed. We got there and she was no where in sight. We then messaged her and she said she was ten mins away. 38 mins later she showed up. While we waited we noticed that the entire location was full of garbage and bugs and filthy outside. When she finally did show up she let us in. She opened the roller gates in the kitchen widow to which we noticed they were broken and didn't close all the way. She advised they have been like that for awhile. She left and we walked around to get used to the room. Immediately we noticed everywhere was filthy. There were old coffee pods in the coffee maker that was so stuffed I had to struggle to empty it out. Then we noticed all the filth everywhere. The stove was disgusting, under the sink had tons of garbage and old shoes and wires and other junk. It was like we were in a hoarders house of garbage. There were live wires hanging out of the bathroom wall there was mold all over in the shower, the bathroom walls were peeling. We knew we had no other choice but to stay as it was late.

Ik had hier een verblijf geboekt en werd vervolgens via WhatsApp benaderd met de vraag of ik akkoord ging om op een andere locatie te overnachten dan de locatie die ik oorspronkelijk had geboekt.
Als reden werd aangegeven dat ik de boeking op dezelfde dag had gemaakt en dat dit voor hen moeilijk was. Ik vind dit eerlijk gezegd geen goede reden, aangezien er blijkbaar wel de mogelijkheid wordt geboden om op de dag zelf een verblijf te boeken. Als een accommodatie die boeking vervolgens niet kan garanderen, zou dit naar mijn mening vooraf duidelijk aangegeven moeten worden.
Ik heb het voorgestelde alternatief daarom geweigerd. Omdat dit pas op het laatste moment gebeurde, was het voor mij erg lastig om nog een andere accommodatie te vinden. Uiteindelijk heb ik iets anders moeten boeken dat aanzienlijk duurder was.
Al met al vond ik dit een erg vervelende en stressvolle ervaring. Ik vind dat een bevestigde boeking nagekomen zou moeten worden, ongeacht of deze op dezelfde dag is gemaakt.

Erg goed met een fijne locatie en lieve hosts
Bushalte en supermarkt zijn dichtbij. Rustige omgeving. Alles in huis werkte. Goede wifi. Lieve en leuke hosts.
Het douche water was soms moeilijk warm te krijgen, maar het lukte wel altijd.
