The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. They offer amazing breakfast.. someone can enjoy kerala style, North Indian and continental options all together.. The staffs are super friendly and amazing..I really loved the stay and love to recommend this to others.
Well the road to the property is little complicated..It could have been better

Great views from room, very helpful staff headed by Abhilash, walking distance to the sea which is a rarity in Varkala, very good breakfast and overall a best in class washroom, an often compromised component in hotels these days
The road leading to the cottage through some other private properties

breakfast was nice.
location is great as well as its in the quieter area of the beach.
getting to the location is like a maze.
auto drivers may not know the location at times.
and roads leading to the cottage is not great.
nonetheless, staff will help with requesting transport if needed, so its all good.
