Right from the start Mario went out of his way to make our time there memoarable. To say he went the extra mile is an understatement.
The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay. The view from the terrace was stunning - many hours spent up there just listening to everything and taking in the scenery. Truly a wonderful time. I was surprised with how quiet it was in the apartment even though we were in a very busy area - very relaxing.
You're right in the thick of it. Literally just out the door is restaurants, gelato stores (one of which had lines whenever it was open), easy walking distance to so many things.
I can't thank Mario enough though - he was very helpful and this made our stay there even more special.
We will be back and we'll stay there. It's perfect for how ever many days you are in Rome.
There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was clean.

We booked this apartment for it's location which was excellent, that's where my praise stops. Although I must say the lady who met us was waiting when we arrived between 2 - 3 pm. She showed us how to get into the apartment, it took 3 keys, front doors, gate to the stairs/elevator and finally the apartment. It felt very secure. She was helpful. When our air conditioner didn't work in the bedroom our host popped over the next day to give us a newer working remote which was great as the temperature was still quite hot for end of September.
The entire place didn't feel clean. It wasn't clean. The sheets had stains, the bathroom floor felt gross to walk on. The grout that once was white was black. The shower water doesn't drain and slowly your standing in murky water...and I take super fast showers and turn the pressure as low as I can. The toilet was dirty before we even had a chance to use it and when I pulled the toilet brush out to clean the toilet I almost lost my lunch. It was full of wet dirty toilet paper... The kitchen looks cute in the photos but was probably an afterthought as it's absolutely impractical. It's in the loft or it is the loft and wouldn't pass any safety codes back home. Nobody with small children should stay here as the loft doesn't have a proper railing to keep little ones from falling to the floor below as well as the steep spiral stairs up to the loft. The kitchen really would be to hot to actually use in the summer and although the patio deck up top is really fun to use it's not covered so your exposed to the heat of the day, an umbrella would be great. The lamp in the bedroom could be a fire hazard.
We chose the apartment for the location which was great. We didn't use the kitchen as there are so many great restaurants very close by.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt, in der Nähe von Palazzo Navona und der Engelsburg. Ein Supermarkt ist gegenüber, verschiedene Pizzerien in der Nähe, ebenfalls Eisdielen und Bars. Café im nächsten Haus.
Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock und durch einen Aufzug zu erreichen. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich das Wohn-/Esszimmer, rechter Hand das Schlafzimmer mit Klimagerät und das Badezimmer.
Im oberen Bereich ist die Küche mit Kühlschrank und die Dachterrasse.
Wir haben uns immer was zum Essen geholt und haben es uns auf der Dachterrasse gemütlich gemacht. Hier sitzt man sehr ruhig.
Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank.
Das Wasser von der Dusche läuft langsam, hat uns aber immer gelangt.
Es fehlte ein Geschirrhandtuch.
Die Treppe von Wohnzimmer in Küche und Dachterrasse ist sehr steil und für Gehbehinderte nicht geeignet. Festhalten konnte man sich an einer Stange (kein Geländer)

joli appartement au charme surrané. Confortable. Très bon emplacement au centre de Rome. La terrasse est un plus (quand ilf ait beau!). L'immeuble est ancien, avec un ascenseur d'époque; on a l'impression de vivre à la romaine.
Le propriétaire est très serviable (pour l'anecdote, j'avais oublié mon téléphone dans le taxi et il m'a bien aidée à le récupérer).
juste des détails minimes. La bouilloire éléctrique ne fonctionnait pas. Un torchon/essuie-verres aurait été bienvenu dans la cuisine.
