I loved everything from check inn, how organized and welcoming the staff were (esp Lucie, Katie and Ivory)
They also organized my trips for Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay.
I will definitely recommend and visit again

The highlight of this stay was definitely the team. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—they even came outside to greet me with a smile. They were accommodating throughout, which I truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself is quite outdated and the photos are misleading. My room was small, with dirty windows and worn-out towels; the bathroom specifically wasn't clean upon arrival. While the central location is convenient, it is right next to a busy road, and the noise doesn't stop at the street—despite a generous 12:00 PM checkout, the cleaning crew was very loud in the corridors starting at 8:00 AM.
It’s not a horrible place because the people are so wonderful, but it definitely needs a deep clean and a refresh to match the quality of its staff.
