The hotel is well located in the centre of Hanoi and allows easy access to the old quarter and other tourist locations in the city. The rooms we had were clean and comfortable and the food at breakfast and other meals was very nice. The staff were all very welcoming, helpful and pleasant.
We had no dislikes.

super central location close to all the tourist attractions. Friendly staff - Jenny at the front desk stood out to us!!
our stay was too short!!

Breakfast options were ok, it was very repetitive. Not much selection of pastries etc... But staff were happy to accommodate if we needed an omelette etc.
When we checked out there was a manager/staff at reception who was so rude and demanded all sets of room keys. Also, he said that we took a can of coke from mini bar (which we didn't) as we bought our own drinks which we left in the mini bar so i told him to keep our drinks if he thinks that we had the can of coke. Hi tone was so rude and in the end i just paid for the can of coke.
