Great location. All the major attractions are within walking distance. Furniture and fittings all nice and still have a rustic and quaint charm. Carlo was super helpful and friendly. Free coffee and sparkling water literally on tap.
Only minor issue is the shower seal in the incredible shower. But that doesn’t affect my rating in the slightest

Sehr nahe der grossen Sehenswürdigkeiten, sehr nette Besitzer.
Zimmer könnte sauberer sein, viel Staub auf diversen Möbeln. Bett und Boden aber sehr sauber.

My room was very noisy (with the windows closed and you could hear every moto, car that passed by)
It was dusty
Even if my child is 11 (and should not pay any city tax) they asked for the tax and when I asked them why did they tell me to pay for my child as well because in Florence and La Spezia we were not asked to pay for her he told me that he could give me the money back if I wanted: I did not know it was a matter of choice! What counts is the matter itself (2.5 euros are not that much of a deal)

Beautiful place near the city center. The owner tried to kyndly communicate and allow entry even when he was not there.
Non-functioning air conditioning, not only in our room. On hot days, the night is unbearable. No breakfast.
