About this house rental
Welcome to our cozy vacation home and bed and breakfast in Poggio Bustone, the ideal place to discover the roots of Lucio Battisti and embark on a memorable pilgrimage. The house, situated in a scenic location, offers modern comforts, spacious rooms, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. Just a short walk from hiking trails and major points of interest, it’s perfect for those seeking both relaxation and adventure.
Inside, the house is tastefully furnished, combining modern comforts with rustic elements. The rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (which can be converted into two single beds), a balcony, and a private bathroom; the other features a bunk bed and a private bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing guests to prepare their own meals, while the living room offers a cozy area for socializing or relaxing on a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed as needed.
For groups of more than 6 people, we have an adjacent property that partners with us (accommodating up to 50 people).
In front of the entrance is the famous “I Giardini di Marzo” park, named in honor of Lucio Battisti, whose home has now been turned into a museum and is just a few meters from the property.
