About this house rental
Collonico
Spacious, comfortable vacation home with well-kept furnishings in a quiet hilly location, about 10 km from Terni. In front of the living area (seating areas, TV room with large screen) and around the house extend spacious covered terraces and from everywhere you can enjoy a great view over the typical hilly landscape of Umbria. You will surely enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen of your vacation home: For this purpose, get the local ingredients and drinks such as the local country wine, extra virgin olive oil, porcini mushrooms and truffles. About 70 meters below the house on the spacious property is the pool with its sun terraces. Here you can relax and unwind after your interesting day trips. Worthwhile excursions are the nearby medieval town of Stroncone, the characteristic towns of Spoleto and Rieti, Lake Piediluco (rafting) and the impressive waterfalls "Cascata delle Marmore". On request at booking and payment on site: crib and cooking service available. The access road is unpaved.
