Great apartment

Nice and clean apartment at great location. Razvan was very helpful and the check-in was easy.

Misleading

The place was modern

We had to pay 300euro security deposit on the morning of the stay before the host would give us details (which we had not seen in the small print) but have never had to pay this on any other bookin.com stays , Then we where sent a video of how to get access, which the garage , stairs and hallways where filthy, Dont think they had been cleaned in months, then upon entering the apartment it looked a breath of fresh air compared to communal areas, Then we realised the cleanliness was not as bad as outside but still not good, ants on kitchen worktops sink & hobs..extractor fan awful, apparently pest control only every 3 months! Coffee machine not clean. Front of fridge an water dispenser no clean . Patio door would not open was jammed, (to be told it was fine before we got there) luckily id video the whole entering and showed these things to the host via WhatsApp, told us to use the bedroom patio doors, Air-conditioning very low out put, Washing/towels still drying on drying rack from previous people out on balcony, Hairdryer full of muck an broken nozzle had been held on with fabric plasters an then broke off again. Did not stay ! But the most upsetting was the host, he agreed to refund our booking payment and our deposit, he was rude implying we broke the patio door, never returned the security deposit, we had to put a claim into the credit card company, he even told booking.com that wedding show at the property, luckily we where in contact with them about it at the time. Apartment looks great until you get there beware.

It was a beautiful and comfortable stay

The apartment was really beautiful and true to what the pictures had shown. It was very spacious and had all the essential items so there was nothing to worry about. The host Razvan was amazing, always checking in to make sure everything was okay and was always very helpful if there were any problems. Overall 10/10 stay and would recommend for anyone.

Obiekt bardzo czysty, Wszytsko było nowe, Wygodne łóżka. Wszstkie potrzebne dodatki w kuchni i łazięce były na wyposażeniu. Z tarasu piekny widok na ocean.

Przydałaby się zmywarka.
