The location is perfect if you want somewhere quiet to stay and plan to be out and about as the hotel is a two minute walk from the subway.
It suited me fine but if you are looking for somewhere with places to eat or go for a drink on your doorstep then this is not the place for you.

Excellent hot breakfast, subway station around the corner, affordable eateries for takeout near by. Great value for money and comfortable.
Nothing not to like.

Room has everything you need, bed is comfortable. TV, Wi-Fi is good.
Location is just 2 min from subway station. 5-10 min walk to Sunset Park with nice Manhattan views.
On the other hand, it’s quite far from the center, and getting to Manhattan takes about 20–30 minutes by subway.
The breakfast is average.

Room rate on this visit was very high. For this type of hotel at this location, astounding price...
