Welcome to the Frankenwald Nature Park in beautiful Upper Franconia, in the town of Naila, which has a population of approximately 8,000. Enjoy your stay in our spacious and stylishly furnished non-smoking apartment for 2 people on the first floor and, for the 3rd person and beyond, on the upper floor. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in shower on the first floor, 1 bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor, an elegant living/dining room with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a radio, a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and a fridge-freezer, a bathroom/toilet, and an entryway with a coat closet; starting with the 3rd person, an additional bathroom/toilet with a shower and bathtub on the upper floor. In spring and summer, a terrace measuring approximately 29 square meters with modern patio furniture and a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside awaits sun-seeking vacationers. Bedding, towels, kitchen towels, dishes, etc., are provided.
A one-time final cleaning fee of 50.00 € applies per stay.
Our apartment can be booked for 2–4 people for a minimum of 7 nights (minimum stay). One parking space is available on the property. Longer-term stays are also possible upon request.
The town of Naila is a shopping and business center in the eastern Franconian Forest, as well as a vacation and recreational destination, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The vacation rental is located not far from the modern hospital, good shopping options, and public transportation connections by bus and train, with a wide range of sports, leisure, and cultural activities, and many excursion options within Upper Franconia (the Bavarian State Spa Bad Steben with its thermal baths and casino, Hof, Kronach, Coburg, Kulmbach, Bayreuth, Bamberg, and many more), Thuringia, Saxony, and the Czech Republic.
