You can reach the “Frankenwald-Oase 2” apartment via the vacation home’s freshly sanded wooden staircase. Located in the attic, the apartment has a unique charm thanks to its sloping ceilings. A small hallway, which contains a cleaning closet with all the necessary cleaning supplies, leads to the lovingly furnished kitchen-living room. A small sofa bed invites you to relax. For radio or TV entertainment, an easy-to-use Grundig flat-screen TV is available. Meals can be enjoyed in a cozy atmosphere at a beautiful wooden table. The kitchen-diner opens directly onto a small balcony surrounded by nature. The kitchen unit was custom-built by a carpenter from elm wood. It includes a sink, a built-in refrigerator, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, and a small dishwasher. In the cabinet under the sink, you’ll find dish towels and cleaning supplies. All appliances and dishes are new. A small selection of spices and various types of tea are available in the kitchen. For your coffee enjoyment, a kettle and a filterless coffee maker are provided. The slightly larger bedroom features a 1.60-meter-wide larch wood bed custom-made by a carpenter. From there, you can look directly up at the starry sky through the small skylight. Another window offers a wonderful view of the adjacent fields. You’ll find a larch wood wardrobe for your clothes. The charming cocktail chair completes the cozy atmosphere of the room. The small bedroom is furnished with a single bed made of larch wood by a carpenter. A sofa bed from Brühl und Sippold can also be used as an additional sleeping option if needed. The wardrobe offers plenty of space for your clothes. The two light-filled windows create a pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom also leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with a toilet, a bathtub with a shower, a small sink, and white bathroom cabinetry. Towels, a hair dryer, soap, and toilet paper are provided. All rooms are equipped with high-quality fly screens from Zinner. Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. A 100% advance payment is due 6 days before arrival. Check-in time: 15:00-18:00 or by telephone arrangement; check-out time: by 09:00. Key pickup is by arrangement. Pets are not allowed. A crib is available upon request. Included services: towels, bed linens, hair dryer, parking, and final cleaning.
