About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located in the basement of a restored country house on the outskirts of the village of Zinnwald-Georgenfeld in the Eastern Ore Mountains, about 50 km south of Dresden.
Cross-country ski trails and biking and hiking trails (including routes to the Czech Republic) are in the immediate vicinity; bicycles can be stored in the garage.
There are parking spaces on the property; access is easy even in winter, under normal weather conditions.
The vacation rental (40 m²) is designed for 2 people (a folding cot or crib is also available).
It features a living/sleeping area (sleep sofa 1.50 x 2.00 m), a kitchen, and a bathroom. Luggage, skis, etc., can be stored in the entryway.
Wi-Fi and TV are available.
Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning included.

Parking space available
On-site costs: Breakfast: 10 € per person per day (available only upon personal request). We’ll provide ingredients (coffee or tea, rolls or bread, etc.) according to your preferences. Tourist tax (2.10 € per person perday)—please pay this on-site (to the landlord); you will then immediately receive your guest card, which includes many great discount offers in the region. Please always inquire before arrival via phone, text message, or WhatsApp regarding your estimated arrival time and breakfast arrangements. A deposit is not required. Payment can be made by bank transfer (bank details will be sent to you via email) or via PayPal; cash payment on-site is also possible. Check-in from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over on-site, or a key safe is available; you will receive the code shortly before arrival. Pets allowed only upon request, for a fee. Firewood is available on-site (basket for 10 €).
