About this apartment rental
Welcome to our “Auszeit” vacation rental, which was completed in December 2016.
You can relax in a cozy, modernly furnished vacation rental for 2–3 people. It
is located in a quiet yet central part of Geising.
In 2019, we converted another apartment into the “Ausblick” vacation rental, which is located on the 1.5th floor of the building. This vacation rental differs in style and design from our first vacation rental, “Auszeit.” Here, we’ve focused on creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation and unwinding.
Geising and the surrounding area offer a variety of hiking and biking trails, an ice rink, and an indoor swimming pool in Altenberg.
The ski rental shop is about 300 meters away; that’s also where you’ll find the downhill slope and the entrance to the cross-country ski trail network.
“Auszeit” Vacation Rental:
The vacation apartment has a separate entrance and is equipped with underfloor heating in the living room/kitchen and an electric fireplace. The bedroom has been comfortably furnished with carpet and a double bed. The bathroom features a spacious shower (1.20 m x 0.90 m). You also have the option to store skis and similar items in the storage room. With the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll have everything you need to prepare your own meals. Right in front of the apartment is a pond with a seating area that invites you to relax. You can park your car directly in the parking lot in front of the house.
On-site fees: A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking.The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please check out by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of €2.10 per person per night will be charged separately on-site. Keys will be handed over in person on-site.
