Our house, built in the traditional Erzgebirge style, is located in Oberbärenburg, Altenberg. There are 2 apartments, each preferably for 2 adults, with extra-bed options: (apartment without a balcony—sofa bed 1.30 wide) and (apartment with a balcony—sofa bed 1.20 wide)

Pets allowed only by prior arrangement with the landlord!!!—Surcharge: 10€ per day
Altenberg in Saxony is the tourist hub of the Eastern Ore Mountains. Located on the border with the Czech Republic, the spa town of Altenberg offers a wide range of opportunities for relaxation and active leisure activities.
Year-round vacation destination in an idyllic, quiet forest setting—35 km from Dresden. Haus Sonnenhügel is located along the hiking trail network (Kammweg Erzgebirge quality trail), and the toboggan run is right in front of the house.
Several restaurants, hotel swimming pools, a sauna, a tennis court, a bowling alley, outdoor chess, an observation tower, a ski lift, and a forest playground in town.
Wildlife park, palaces, castles, mining sites, and a summer toboggan run are all within a short distance.

On-site fees: Please pay the total amount in cash upon arrival. Pets are allowed only after prior arrangement with the rental owner! Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Pets are allowed upon request. Surcharge: €10 per day. The visitor’s tax of €2.10 per person per day will be charged separately on-site. Included in the base price: Wi-Fi access, parking, final cleaning, bed linens, and towels.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
