The small vacation apartment, with approximately 81 m² of space, features a double bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, providing sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people.
A large terrace with a view of the alpacas and the Chemnitz Valley rounds out this unique location. If you’re looking to escape the stress of the city and slow down, this is the perfect place for you.
Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable 180x200 cm double bed and a flat-screen TV. Alpaca-down comforters await you, guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep. Every room features underfloor heating. The living room with an open kitchen offers a great view of the pasture thanks to the large windows. The large, comfortable couch is a pull-out and can therefore also be used as a sleeper sofa. A large flat-screen TV (with satellite reception) is also located in the room. The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher (Siemens), coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. There is an ample supply of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, etc. The naturally lit bathroom, featuring a corner bathtub, a shower with a large rain showerhead, a sink, a toilet, and a mirror cabinet with a hair dryer, rounds out the overall experience. The 50-square-meter wooden terrace, with an unobstructed view of the alpacas and the Chemnitz Valley, invites you to linger. The terrace faces southwest, offering the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Here, you can relax on the sun loungers and rustic wooden seating. Please note that the apartments are not wheelchair-accessible (staircase). Towels, bed linens, and dish towels are included. Wi-Fi and parking are free of charge.

The accommodations are located directly on the beautiful Chemnitz Valley Bike Trail. From here, you can embark on many great excursions. You can cycle to Chemnitz, the Capital of Culture, in just 25 minutes through stunning natural scenery. Thanks to the connection to the A4 and A72 highways—just a few minutes’ drive away—the cities of Leipzig and Dresden are less than an hour away.



On-site costs: A prepayment of 100% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Cribs/extra beds are available upon request. Parties are permitted in the apartments. Each day visitor must be registered and will be charged a flat rate of 10€ per person. Information on included services: Wi-Fi, parking, bed linens, towels, final cleaning.
