About this house rental

NEW: "Haus Anja" vacation home at Sonnenlandpark—completely renovated with air conditioning, a terrace, a parking space, and a large garden! Welcome to Lichtenau, right next to Chemnitz, the European Capital of Culture 2025. Our new, centrally located vacation home, near Sonnenlandpark, can accommodate up to 5 people plus a baby crib. On the first floor, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen/living area with a fireplace and air conditioning, as well as access to the large garden with a furnished terrace and grill. A fire pit invites you to enjoy cozy marshmallow evenings. You’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen. We’re happy to provide a crib, baby bathtub, potty, and high chair. The bedrooms (upper floor) feature blackout curtains and air conditioning. The large, modern bathroom is also located on the upper floor. Parking is available right in the driveway leading to the vacation home. Bicycles and a handcart—which you can use to walk to places like Sonnenlandpark—are available free of charge. (except for electric bikes: 10 €/day/bike) Free Wi-Fi is available in the house and garden. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The vacation home is centrally located in Lichtenau between Leipzig, Dresden, and Chemnitz at the foot of the Ore Mountains. To ensure your family vacation is anything but boring, there are many great places to visit in the surrounding area: Sonnenlandpark Lichtenau Adventure Park—30 minutes on foot, 15 minutes by bike, 2 minutes by car; Chemnitz 2025: European Capital of Culture—10 minutes by car; Augustusburg Castle—25 minutes by car; Sachsenburg Outdoor Pool—20 minutes by bike; Augustusburg Summer Toboggan Run—25 minutes by car; Lichtenwalde Castle—13 minutes by car; Lichtenstein Miniature World: 30 minutes by car; Klaffenbach Castle: 25 minutes by car; Garnsdorf Outdoor Pool: 13 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bike Sachsenburg Castle 10 minutes by car, 25 minutes by bike Niederwiesa Natural Outdoor Pool 10 minutes by car Klein Erzgebirge Oederan Miniature World 30 minutes by car
