The Zunzer family warmly welcomes you to our approximately 90-square-meter vacation home in the beautiful Ore Mountains. The Czech border, Annaberg-Buchholz, the mountain town of Marienberg, and the spa town of Seiffen are all nearby. It’s about 75 km to Dresden and 40 kilometers to Oberwiesenthal. The ideal starting point for day trips.
Vacation home, shower, toilet, 2 bedrooms:
Our vacation home is approximately 90 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, and electric kettle. The dining room is furnished with a seating area. There are also 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with a modern shower, as well as a large common area and a beautiful garden. One bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m, and the other has a double bed measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m. The staircase to the upper floor is somewhat steeper—as is typical in the Erzgebirge region. Wi-Fi is included, and free parking for two cars is available right outside the door. Towels and bed linens are provided. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets are not allowed.
On-site costs: - Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; you will receive the account details separately by email. - Check-in time: 16:00-18:00. Please let us know about half an hour before your arrival. Phone: +49 15229423152od. - No smoking inside the house. - Check-out time: On the day of departure, your vacation home is available until 10:00 a.m. Please leave the house swept clean.- You’ll gain access to the vacation home using a code. You’ll receive this via email or in person upon arrival. - Pets are not allowed. - A visitor’s tax of €2.10 per person (ages 16 and up) per night will be charged separately on site.- Included services: Wi-Fi, parking, bed linens, towels.
