About this apartment rental
Our 76-square-meter Osterwies vacation apartment is located on the first floor. Thanks to its sunny south-facing location, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Allgäu Alps. The apartment features a cozy living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a small terrace. The apartment is designed for 2 people; a sleeper sofa in the living room is available for additional guests (upon request).
Rooms and Amenities: There is one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious closet; the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (including a freezer), a stove (ceramic cooktop), exhaust fan, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker, microwave, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, and all standard kitchen utensils. A flat-screen TV is also included in this apartment. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet.
Additional Amenities: Internet connection, guest Wi-Fi, Smart TV

A relaxing vacation in the countryside with mountain views
Haus Brenner is a former farmstead and was completely renovated in 2022. This allowed us to create our two vacation apartments in the former residence as well as in the former barn and the old threshing floor.
Our house is located in Seeg (Hitzleried district) in southern Ostallgäu, right on the bike path (e.g., leading to Alpe Beichelstein).
The “honey village” of Seeg is situated not far from the Schwaltenweiher, Lake Forggensee, and near Füssen—and thus on the border with Tyrol (Austria).
Bicycles, e-bikes, skis, and snowboards can be stored and charged in a lockable side room.
Swimming, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing opportunities are available in the immediate vicinity. Experience unforgettable, relaxing, and carefree vacation days at our house.
On-site fees: 100% of the accommodation price must be paid in advance via bank transfer after booking. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A travel crib is available free of charge upon request (in the “Alte Tenne” vacation rental). Tourist tax: €1.95 per person/night is charged separately. Already included in the price: heating, water, electricity, bed linens, kitchen linens, and bath towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi included, parking
