The spacious attic apartment is comfortably furnished. The large, light-filled living room with two double-leaf balcony doors leading to a covered south-facing balcony invites you to relax. The separate built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven with ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, microwave, and much more, as well as a separate freezer. You’ll find lounge chairs and a parasol on your south-facing balcony. An extra bed for children ages 3 to 15 is available. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth in the bathroom, which features a bathtub and a separate shower.
On-site costs: A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on site.Check-in from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax is €0.90 per person per night for guests aged 6–15 and €1.95 per person per night for guests aged 16 and older; this will be charged separately on-site. The price includes final cleaning, bed linens and kitchen linens, towels, parking space, electricity, and water. Keys will be handed over on site.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
