About this apartment rental
We offer a cozy yet modernly furnished vacation rental for up to four people.
Our house is located right on the Milseburg Bicycle Trail, making it ideal for cyclists, mountain bikers, and hikers. For families with children, there’s a lovely playground located about 150 meters from our house.
Vacation Rental on the Milseburg Cycle Path:
The apartment is approximately 100 m² and features a living room with satellite TV, a dining room with a table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a guest restroom, a bedroom with a double bed, and a children’s room with a bed that sleeps up to two people. We also offer free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
Towels and bed linens are provided. Electricity, water, heating, and final cleaning are included in the price.
Parking is available directly on our property. The property is under video surveillance.
Smoking and pets are not permitted on our property.
On-site fees: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 1 € per person (ages 11 and older) per night will be charged additionally on site. Exceptions: Schoolchildren, college students, and apprentices up to age 27; severely disabled individuals who, according to an official disability ID card, require an accompanying person, including the accompanying person.
