Location, views, terrace were all incomparable. We had an open view over the Botanic Garden from our huge terrace and a direct view south to the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio and whole city centre. Lovely, clean apartment, 10 minutes' walk to the Duomo.
The toilet didn't quite work properly in the main bathroom (we found a workaround, though) and the little hairdryer in the shower room cupboard overheated and started smoking as soon as it was plugged in. Host responded quickly, though and offered a new hairdryer.

Fantastic views on the balcony!! Quiet area, but within east walking to great restaurants and historic sites.
Very comfortable apartment. Beautiful antiques throughout.
Giant windows and lots of French doors open out to giant, private balcony.

Our stay at Orto Botanico was fantastic. The apartment is absolutely stunning, with beautiful rooms and lovely views of the dome. The highlight is the outdoor terrace overlooking the Botanical Garden, offering an incredible view of the dome—truly special.
Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was very well equipped. We communicated with Orsolya throughout our stay; she always responded promptly whenever we had a question or needed help finding something. She was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind.
