Built around 1890, it has been restored to its former glory following extensive renovation and modernization since 2021. Located on a quiet side street in the Baltic Sea resort of Heringsdorf, the beach, shopping, a bakery, and the train station are all just a short walk away.
Apartment No. 3, measuring approximately 40 square meters, is located on the first floor of the villa. Both couples and solo travelers will enjoy this beautiful home. Your pet is also welcome to join you as a four-legged member of the family.

In addition to the comfortable couch, the living room also features an armchair.
