Built around 1890, it has been restored to its former glory following extensive renovation and modernization since 2021. Located on a quiet side street in the Baltic Sea resort town of Heringsdorf, the beach, shopping, a bakery, and the train station are all just a few steps away.
Arrive and feel at home—that’s the motto of Apartment 06, located on the first floor of Villa Luise. The 35 square meters of living space have been cleverly furnished and, thanks to the high ceilings and light wall colors, feel spacious and flooded with natural light. In the open-concept living area, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with high-quality appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and oven). The counter is perfect for preparing meals as well as for breakfast or dinner.
Enjoy your Usedom getaway on the comfortable seating area, consisting of a couch and an armchair, or step out onto the adjoining west-facing balcony for a good book or a glass of wine. The electric fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, not just during the cold season. The flat-screen TV can be used with your own Fire TV Stick.
The comfortable box-spring double bed in the bedroom (sleeping area 1.60 m x 2.00 m) promises a restful night’s sleep. A closet is available for your clothing. Of course, the windows can be blacked out. The adjoining bathroom features a walk-in glass shower, sink, toilet, and heated towel rack, rounding out the amenities of this apartment.
