This place was a gem with a great location, everything within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, quiet, nicely decorated, spacious and with great AC! The owner, Gaeteano, was very responsive and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Highly recommended!!

The apartment is located centrally and is the perfect spot to explore Palermo by foot. It is a beautiful apartment with everything you need. Gaetano made sure we had everything we needed and was so accommodating.

An absolute gem. We rented a two bedroom apartment, lovingly restored, renovated and painstakingly decorated by the owner Gaetano. We were late in getting to the place, and he waited for us, brought us in, and sat with us for 90 minutes chatting and giving the history of the building and pointing out the architectural details of the unit. The location could not be better - central, on a car-free road, walking distance to the cool areas of town (Teatro Massimo, Via Maqueda, Capo Market). Very quiet, whisper quiet AC. Huge TV if that's your thing. Gaetano is very communicative and helpful as well.
