The apt. was very big and very modern. I loved that there were two bathrooms. It was super clean and the location could not have been more perfect. The building was old style architecture and full of character. Palermo is a magnificent city and if I return, I would stay at Mag 179 again for sure.
One of the bathrooms was leaking water and the issue was not resolved.

Host availability, location, cleanliness, comfortability, very spacious, quiet even though apartment is on the Main street
Entrance was a bit confusing at first - checked in very late at night so entering was a bit confusing

The property was centrally located.
Unfortunately, we had a very uncomfortable stay and could hardly sleep. There were many mosquitoes inside the property. We contacted the owner and asked for help with the mosquito problem, but no proper solution was provided.
The bedding was another major disappointment. When we arrived, it looked either very old or badly wrinkled and unpressed, which did not give us the impression of freshly prepared bedding for a new guest. We asked for the bedding to be changed. Although it was replaced, the replacement looked almost exactly the same.
I cannot say whether this was because the bedding was old or simply not properly pressed, but the presentation was not what I would expect when checking into accommodation. I would strongly suggest that the owner replace worn bedding and make sure fresh bedding is properly prepared and presented before new guests arrive.
The mattress was also uncomfortable, and overall we had great difficulty sleeping. What disappointed us most was that when we raised these issues, we did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously.
Based on our experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again unless these issues are addressed.

"The decor was beautiful. The young man who was working there was polite. Location was great, we walked to everything."
