Size was good, it was clean, good Aircon, decent kitchen
There was no number on the door, which made it difficult to identify, and there was no lift.
We couldn't reach anyone by phone throughout our stay and had to rely on messages, often waiting for a response just to get into the flat or figure out how to turn on the dishwasher. There was no information booklet or guidance on how things worked inside the flat. A hard copy would have helped.
We could also hear running and footsteps from the upstairs flat, and the TV's Wi-Fi connection kept dropping.
Some basic instructions for the flat, a reliable way to contact someone, and clearer door identification would have made a big difference.
