Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definetly reccomend it.

The property is in a great spot, just a short 10–15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall and metro station. We really liked the pool with the views of the Burj Khalifa and the Fountain show are stunning. It’s the perfect place to relax with an amazing view.

Be aware there is 24/7 construction right across the street (however this is common in most places as Dubai is growing). It was too noisy to use the balcony or open windows, and we could hear it even inside.

Misleading Listing, Unbearable Smell, and Zero Accountability – Avoid This Place!

Nothing!

Very disappointing stay! I booked this apartment mainly for the swimming pool with the beautiful Burj Khalifa view, which was a key feature in the listing. When I arrived, the pool was completely closed for maintenance during my entire stay, and no one informed me beforehand. This felt dishonest, as it was one of the main reasons I chose this place. On top of that, the apartment had a strong, unbearable smell that made it impossible to feel comfortable. While the place was technically clean, the odor came from something structural, like the plumbing or ventilation, and no cleaning could fix it. The appliances were also not working properly—the oven and a few other items didn’t function, which made things even more frustrating. Several things were falling apart, like the shower, and overall, the apartment felt neglected and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there was constant loud construction right in front of the window, making it hard to relax or even sleep at times. This also wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the listing. I reached out to the host asking for a partial refund given all these issues, but they refused to take any responsibility. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place—it’s nothing like the listing promises, and the management doesn’t care about guests' comfort or experience.

Dramat!

Lokalizacja

Zdecydowanie odradzam ten obiekt. Kompletny brak profesjonalizmu i szacunku do klienta.
